The Infrastructure Division (IFD) provides road and airport pavement material testing and consultancy services in various areas including laboratory and site pavement material analysis, construction inspection, training, research, maintenance, rehabilitation, quality assurance and quality control programs. We also offer a wide range of pavement laboratory testing for road and airport pavement based on international standards such as ASTM and British Standards.

Roads and Airport Pavement Consultancy

Pavement quality indirectly affects the cost of maintenance as well as operation efficiency. The need to frequently repair pavement will result in increased cost and economy losses due to disruption of operations and traffic flow.

Our IFD is able to provide consultancy for airport and road authorities on the quality of existing pavement and formulate plans to ensure that pavement last to their expected lifespan and beyond. With proper pavement management plans, we are able to systematically track and address pavement conditions at the network level and project levels. It enables maintenance agencies to track distresses as well as plan maintenance and rehabilitation programs across an entire pavement network.
