Announcement (Thursday, 04 October 2007)
Alphomega Research Group Ltd is pleased to announce that as at 4th October 2007, the company is quoted on the OTC platform which is managed by Phillip Securities Pte Ltd. Based on the total offer size of 16,700,000 new shares and the total valid applications amounting to 21,681,500 shares, the offer was approximately 1.3x over-subscribed. To ensure a reasonable spread of shareholders, the company in consultation with Phillip Securities Pte Ltd has decided to allot all valid applicants 88% of the shares applied for.
